"Eric has customer service that is out of this world its absolutely top notch 5 stars all the way thru the koi even look good I'm very impressed. Eric is one of the good guys in the hobby! The koi arrived a little stressed but that's normal other than that they are in great condition. He even spend a couple hours just bsing about koi with me and that right their isn't something you see everyday."
