Our koi are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy. In the case they are dead upon arrival, you must file a DOA claim. All claims must be made within 2 hours upon arrival time.  In the case a DOA claim must be filed, we ask that you email us a picture of the deceased fish with its tail fin cut off to Eric@KentuckyKoi.com . We will then give either your money back, or replace the koi, less the cost of shipping. 

       All orders,  paying with PayPal equal to, or over $100.00, will be charged a $5.00 non-refundable  interest fee per $100.00.
